What happens if no one responds?
Reports are automatically escalated if there's no response within 7 days. You can also manually escalate or cancel escalation at any time using your private case ID. This ensures every report gets proper attention without overwhelming anyone.

Update Preferences

If you don't provide your email, your Private Case ID is the only way to prove your identity and respond to or check the status of your report. Make sure to save it securely.
